As an IT Manager, you’ll help run a Global IT Service desk function that ensures our systems are the most effective they can be.

We’re looking for an IT Manager with an ITIL Foundation qualification, PRINCE II Foundation and impressive experience of leading a 1st or 2nd line support team ideally with international exposure.
With an eye for detail and high customer care standards, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality service. With a passion for customer care and ensuring high performance within agreed service levels, you will help transform IT support within SIS to be fit for the unique challenges it faces.
