Play a leading role in a Global IT Service desk function, and you will work alongside some very high-calibre colleagues, handling a wide and fluctuating range of work that ensures our technology is fit for the complex challenges it faces — today and in the future.

You’ll need impressive IT service desk experience, an ITIL Foundation qualification and/or a degree in a technology-related subject. Excellent problem-solving skills are clearly a must, as is a real commitment to providing high-quality customer service. Previous line management experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
