Join the Secret intelligence Service as a Release Manager and you’ll enjoy the challenge of working alongside talented technical and business teams to help deliver changes to our ICT systems.

Like every area of our organisation, the Change, Configuration & Release Management team is a busy, highly professional unit, where the variety of the work involved and the goal of protecting the UK’s security and prosperity are uppermost in people’s minds.

You’ll help to co-ordinate the release of software and hardware into production and you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the release meets the criteria of our CAB. We’ll look to you to assess and review the quality of releases, and you’ll work closely with the delivery leads and service management teams to refine existing processes as well as introduce new strategies and processes.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator with a good range of release management experience across multiple complex IT projects and will be expected to preach the benefits of best practice release disciplines.
