TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Everyone who joins us attends an induction programme for a briefing on the Service and IT training.  Our appraisal process will help you decide how you want to develop your career, whilst training at regular intervals will help you meet those needs and maximise your potential.

Security Officers:  The Service sponsored training we'll provide you with is of exceptional quality and will leave you with highly respected security industry qualifications.

Drivers: You will be required to alternate between being behind the wheel of a car, a minibus and a lorry. We'll provide you with further training to advanced level for all these vehicles.

Facilities and Maintenance Assistants:  A wide range of professional training is available.  This will include coaching in Health and Safety Procedures and the use of any specialised equipment.

Telephonists:  We'll give you a comprehensive training programme to equip you with the necessary skills.
