We need people from a range of backgrounds with different skills, knowledge and perspectives. That includes those who are currently underrepresented in our organisation, such as those from ethnic minorities and lower socio-economic backgrounds. Our interns benefit from the support and guidance of colleagues across the organisation, playing an active role in our operations. The internship is designed to give an amazing insight to how we work. While with us, interns receive pro-rata annual leave, plus a competitive salary.
