Having PRIDE in SIS
Pride month was important to SIS as it was an opportunity to show our support for our LGBT+ colleagues, family members and friends. We celebrated throughout the month with various events, including a rainbow cakes charity bake sale. Across the globe our staff have been supporting local Pride celebrations. Our UK celebrations will culminate in flying the rainbow flag and illuminating our iconic building in rainbow colours in the lead up to London Pride.
We’re proud to be on the Stonewall Top 100 Employers again this year, to be Disability Confident and to be signed up to the Time to Change pledge. We know that people perform better when they can be themselves at work and are determined to support our staff, to encourage and enable them to flourish, whatever their sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, age, social background, religion or belief, or other characteristics. Their diversity is our strength.
